‘Joker’ Guru Somasundaram turns Villain through ‘Yaakkai’

Even if it’s a very minute role in the film, one actor can inject that character into the hearts of Audience by his unique performance. He is none other than Guru Somasundaram. After bagging huge acclaim for his realistic acting in ‘Joker’, Guru Somasundaram has now taken a new avatar as Villain for the upcoming film ‘Yaakkai’. Being Directed by Kulandai Velappan, the film ‘Yaakkai’ is produced by Muthukumaran under the banner ‘Prim Pictures’. Starring Krishna and Swathi in the lead roles, the background scores and Songs of ‘Yaakkai’ are composed by Yuvanshankar Raja which acts as the backbone for the film.
“If ‘Joker’ is one pole of Guru Somasundaram, then ‘Yaakkai’ will be the other unseen pole of him. ‘Yaakkai’ will portray Guru Somasundaram in a completely new and fresh avatar… For acting he can go to any extent, and it is our pleasure to have him onboard.
